Sports Training

If you're looking for a more specialized fitness training suited towards athletes, R.I.S.E. FIT provides sports training for middle and high school athletes. Each session will consist of high-intensity, low impact drills where we focus on strength and speed training. These workouts will involve full functional movements (squats, crunches, lunges, etc.) to improve your endurance, agility, coordination, and strength. These sessions will also have a combination of conditioning, interval, and pairing exercises. Our trainers act as a mentor to these student-athletes not just in the gym, but outside of it as well.
